Orders

All items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated.

Preorder fabrics are purchased especially for you — please double-check sizing and details before confirming your order.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric batches.

Payments & Deposits

Payment is required at the time of order unless a deposit arrangement is agreed.

All deposits are non-refundable as they cover the cost of fabric and admin.

The remaining balance must be paid once fabric arrives — your order will not progress until payment is received.

Cancellations

Once work has begun on your item, cancellations are not accepted.

If you change your mind after ordering, your payment cannot be refunded. In some cases store credit may be offered at my discretion, however if work has all ready started this is not possible.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the top of the page, but may vary depending on fabric shipping, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

I’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Delivery

Items are shipped via Royal Mail (or equivalent service). Proof of postage is always obtained.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Lost parcels will be handled according to the courier’s policies.

Returns & Refunds

As items are handmade to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it with photos, and I will work with you to resolve it.

Normal wear & tear or misuse is not classed as a fault.

Custom Orders

All orders (except ready to post items) cannot be returned or refunded.

By confirming a custom order, you accept full responsibility for the details provided (measurements, colours, etc.).

Safety Disclaimer

Some items may contain small parts (zips, buttons, tags) and should be kept away from small children unless specified as child-safe.

Always check items before use and wash according to the care instructions provided.

Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, and branding are the property of Still Stitchin’ and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

Kindness Policy

I put my heart and soul into everything I make. Please remember I’m a one-woman business. Respect and kindness is essential in all communications.

AI & Artwork Disclaimer

To protect the artists I work with and the exclusivity of my designs, original artwork is never uploaded to AI tools.

When creating product mock-ups, I only use low-resolution preview images to help visualise how a design may look on finished items. AI is used solely to improve lighting or realism in these previews so customers can better imagine the final product and it will always be stated on the image if AI was used, for transparency.

My AI Data-sharing settings are always disabled. Original artwork files are stored privately and securely.

All final products are made using the original hand drawn artwork, not AI-generated copies.
